Avocado Oil
It’s best to use it at night because it’s really effective. Contain vitamins A, D and E. Ideal for skin that has been injured (aging). It’s gentle, hydrating, and nourishing.
Soybean Oil
Anti-wrinkle and anti-aging properties of vitamin E.
Royal Jelly
It’s (must always have at home). It is energizing and invigorating, making it ideal for times of stress. B1, B2, and B5 vitamins Cosmetics, ampoules, and pills are all good candidates.
Homemade Masks with Vitamins
Royal Jelly (B1, B2, B6, B5, B8, E, PP) Super VITALITY.
Ingredients:

- Oatmeal, 3 tablespoons
- 1 tsp yeast (brewer’s yeast)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. It is applied to the face without any delay. Time spent in front of the camera: 20 minutes.
